    Wow – I printed off a couple of these, my instant pot has become a staple in my kitchen! Frozen chicken to cooked in a flash? yes please! I love making 0 point chili in it – cooks up in no time, and it tastes like it has been cooked all day!

    Mexican food is my very favorite! The Chipotle Chicken Tacos are so darned good. Our kids are gone, so with just the two of us, there’s always enough left over to take in my lunch the following day.
