chopped white onion, (about 100g).

chopped garlic clove
2
chopped green chilies, (about 30g).

olive oil

medium boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded

cans
white beans (or about 400 grams of beans if you are making your own)

cups
reduced-sodium chicken broth
1
cup
fat free skim milk

tsp
cumin
1/2
tsp
dried oregano

tsp
ground coriander
1/4
tsp
ground black pepper
salt
to taste
Instructions
Cook and shred chicken breasts and set aside
In a large pan, sauté the onion, garlic, green chilies, cumin, oregano, coriander, and black pepper in olive oil until they're soft.
Add the cooked shredded chicken, white beans, chicken broth, skim milk. Stir occasionally.
Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the soup is hot and thick. Add salt to taste. Serve hot and enjoy.
