Chicken Cheese Rolls

- 1 package Pillsbury pizza dough
- 5 oz thinly sliced lean deli chicken
- 3 oz thinly sliced light provolone cheese
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 350F, and spray a 9x13 casserole dish with some nonstick cooking spray.
Roll out the pizza dough so it is fairly thin without breaking apart.
Cover the dough with the thin deli chicken then layer the chicken with the cheese.
Roll the pizza dough up so you have one long roll, then cut it into 16 equal rolls. Place the rolls into the baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Using a pastry brush, brush each roll with the mixture.
Bake them in the oven for approximately 35 minutes or until a nice golden brown forms on top.
Serve warm and enjoy!
