Chicken Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury pizza dough
  • 5 oz thinly sliced lean deli chicken
  • 3 oz thinly sliced light provolone cheese
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F, and spray a 9x13 casserole dish with some nonstick cooking spray.
  • Roll out the pizza dough so it is fairly thin without breaking apart.
  • Cover the dough with the thin deli chicken then layer the chicken with the cheese.
  • Roll the pizza dough up so you have one long roll, then cut it into 16 equal rolls. Place the rolls into the baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Using a pastry brush, brush each roll with the mixture.
  • Bake them in the oven for approximately 35 minutes or until a nice golden brown forms on top.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
