Bacon Wrapped Oreos
This recipe has sparked great conversations around mysmokers. It seems there are many fans of Oreos and bacon, so why not bringthese two favorites together for a flavor explosion?

To get started I remove the center cut bacon from the package and cut it in half.
Next I grab each Oreo and wrap the half cut bacon all the way around the cookie, tucking the bacon ends under the cookie before placing them evenly spaced on a cooling rack to easily place and remove from the smoker.
I prefer to grab a sweet rub that pairs well with the salty nature of the bacon, so I use my Smoked Q Rock’s Honey Chipotle seasoning.
I place these on my Traeger Ironwood 885 at 275º for 45 minutes until the bacon firms up and turns to a delicious reddish color.
After pulling them from the smoker, allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes then stack on a plate to serve to family and friends.
