Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed (225 g)
1 cup Greek yogurt (240 g)
3 packets of stevia (1.5 g each)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (20 g)
1 tbsp of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher.
Add the yogurt, stevia, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips (if using). Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Scoop and enjoy!
