Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

This homemade Chocolate Banana ice cream allows you to control the ingredients and sweetness level, making it a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed (225 g)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (240 g)
  • 3 packets of stevia (1.5 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (20 g)
  • 1 tbsp of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher.
  • Add the yogurt, stevia, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips (if using). Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Scoop and enjoy!
