Simple Pumpkin Muffins for Lazy Bakers

Ingredients

  • 1 box of pumpkin cake mix Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake Mix - Approximately 432 grams
  • 1 can 15 oz of pumpkin puree (no added sugar) - Approximately 425 grams
  • 1 cup of wáter 240 ml

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare a muffin tray with paper liners or lightly grease it to prevent muffins from sticking. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin cake mix and the pumpkin puree. Mix well until there are no lumps and you have a smooth batter.
  • Add the cup of water and mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Fill each muffin cavity with the batter, filling them to about 3/4 of their capacity. This will allow the muffins to expand while baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once they are completely cool, your Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins are ready to enjoy!
