800g.bonelessskinless chicken breast, trimmed
1packet gravy mix28 g.
½cuplow-fat plain yogurt125 ml
½cuplow-sodium chicken broth125 ml
¾cupsliced pickled peppers200 g.
½cuppickled pepper juice125 ml
Instructions
Preheat the slow cooker to low. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, gravy mix, broth, pickled peppers, and pickled pepper juice. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir in the yogurt.
