Shake N Bake Pork Chops (Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 5 oz Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne optional

Instructions

  • Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl, large enough to fit the pork chop.
  • In a gallon-sized zip-loc bag, mix together panko breadcrumbs, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and cayenne. 
  • Dip a pork chop on each side into the egg wash. Drop into the baggie and shake to coat. Shake well until fully covered. 
  • Place seasoned pork chops into the air fryer and cook at 400F(200C) for 12-15 minutes. Flip the pork chops after 6-7 minutes of cooking time.
  • Remove from the basket, place on a plate, and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with veggies or your favorite side dish and enjoy.
