Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl, large enough to fit the pork chop.
In a gallon-sized zip-loc bag, mix together panko breadcrumbs, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and cayenne.
Dip a pork chop on each side into the egg wash. Drop into the baggie and shake to coat. Shake well until fully covered.
Place seasoned pork chops into the air fryer and cook at 400F(200C) for 12-15 minutes. Flip the pork chops after 6-7 minutes of cooking time.
Remove from the basket, place on a plate, and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with veggies or your favorite side dish and enjoy.
