Apple cinnamon sugar crisps

- Wonton wrappers
- Unsweetened apple sauce about 1Tbsp
- 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F, spray a large baking sheet and lay your wonton wrappers on it.
Using a pastry brush, brush the apple sauce on to the wontons.
Mix your sugars and cinnamon in a bag. Sprinkle it on top of your wontons ( you should have enough to cover 10-12 wontons.)
Bake in oven for approx 6-8 minutes, turn your baking sheet around after 5 minutes so the back ones do not burn.
