Apple cinnamon sugar crisps

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Unsweetened apple sauce about 1Tbsp
  • 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F, spray a large baking sheet and lay your wonton wrappers on it.
  • Using a pastry brush, brush the apple sauce on to the wontons.
  • Mix your sugars and cinnamon in a bag. Sprinkle it on top of your wontons ( you should have enough to cover 10-12 wontons.)
  • Bake in oven for approx 6-8 minutes, turn your baking sheet around after 5 minutes so the back ones do not burn.
