Ingredients
½lbsraw shrimp de-shelled and deveined
¾ cupdry rice
2 ¼cupschicken broth
3eggs
1cupchopped broccoli
3garlic cloves minced
¼cupchopped red onion
½lime
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonblack garlic powder
¼teaspoonchili flakes
1ozcilantro
1ozdiced green onion

Instructions
Mix the spices together in a small bowl
Season your shrimp
Heat your skillet and spray with cooking spray
Sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes
Add the shrimp into the pan with cilantro and green onion
Cook them for two minutes then flip them over
Add the broccoli in and cook another 2-3 minutes
Transfer the shrimp and broccoli into a clean mixing bowl and set aside
Combine rice and chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer then reduce heat to low
cover the pot with its lid
Cook the rice for 15-18 minutes
Remove the lid and crack the eggs into the rice and stir them in
Continue to simmer until the eggs are fully cooked
Add the shrimp and broccoli back in
Serve
