Blueberry cake donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 Tbsp white cake mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp just egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup almond milk I use unsweetened original
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries try to use smaller ones if you can

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F, and spray a donut pan, then set aside.
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add in the liquid egg whites, vanilla, and milk. Very gently fold in your blueberries.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
