Blueberry cake donuts

- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp white cake mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp just egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 1/3 cup almond milk I use unsweetened original
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries try to use smaller ones if you can
Preheat the oven to 350F, and spray a donut pan, then set aside.
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add in the liquid egg whites, vanilla, and milk. Very gently fold in your blueberries.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
