Ingredients

  • 4 cups of peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • cup oats
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pecans or other kind of nut
  • 2.5 tablespoon melted light margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F, spray a 8 inch dish (I used a round one)
  • Peel and slice your peaches, in a bowl mix your peaches, 1 tablespoon each of flour & sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into your dish.
  • In a bowl mix your brown sugar, flour and baking powder together, be sure to get any lumps in the brown sugar.
  • Mix in your oats and chopped nuts. Stir in your vanilla and melted margarine, you will have a cookie batter type mixture. Drop by small spoonfuls evenly over your peaches. Top with your mini chocolate chips.
  • Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes then serve with some whip cream, or ice cream if you have the points to spare ;) Serves 5 at 6 smart points each or 4pp each.
