Ingredients

  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon marshmallow fluff lightly melted in microwave
  • 1 square of dark chocolate melted (I use Lindt 70%, 10g square)
  • ½ tablespoon crushed graham cracker

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F, and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Lay the wonton wrappers on the baking sheet and spray the wrappers with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake the wontons in the oven for 6-8 minutes, checking often because you want them a light golden color. I always turn my baking sheet around halfway through the baking time to prevent the back wontons from burning.
  • When there is a minute left on oven time, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 35-second intervals, stirring between each set of intervals. Then melt the fluff. It will only take about 25 seconds to make it rise and make for easier spreading.
  • Spread the fluff onto the wontons as soon as they come out of the oven.
  • Sprinkle the graham crumbs onto the marshmallow fluff and then drizzle on the chocolate. Let them cool then enjoy!
