Ingredients
2cupschicken broth
10ozcooked shredded chicken
1can284ml low fat cream of chicken soup
¾cuplight alfredo sauce
1cupalmond milkcan substitute with 1% but be mindful of points increasing
6slicesof cooked baconI use Oscar Mayer center cut to keep points low
2tablespoonfinely grated parmesan cheese
1glove garlicdiced
Instructions
Cook the slices of bacon on the stovetop then drain and crumble the bacon.
Plug in the crock pot and set it to high.
Pour in the broth and cream of chicken soup and stir well.
Add in the chicken, alfredo sauce, milk, cheese, and diced garlic and stir it all together. Mix in the crumbled bacon.
Leave on high for 30 minutes, then turn to low and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Serve Warm and Enjoy!
