Pumpkin Cream Cheese Roll

Ingredients

  • 4 Flatout light original wraps
  • 4 oz softened light cream cheese
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the light cream cheese, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and spices.
  • Spread it evenly over the 4 wraps.
  • Roll up the wraps, fold the large end over, and place them in the fridge for about 15 minutes so they firm up.
  • Cut each roll into about 10 pieces (including your ends! You can of course still eat the ends- they just don't look as pretty)
