Apple cinnamon rolls

- 1-351 g container pillsbury cinnamon rolls with icing 8 pack
- 2.5 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- CRUMBLE TOPPING
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp melted light butter I use Gay Lea light
Preheat the oven to 375F, and spray a regular sized muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Roll out each cinnamon roll and push it down into the muffin cups.
Peel and dice the apples, mix them in a bowl with ½ tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and divide into the 8 muffin cups.
In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, and melted butter to form a crumble. Sprinkle it over the apples.
Bake them in the oven for approx 20 minutes.
Drizzle the apple cinnamon rolls with the icing that comes in the Pillsbury pack. I piped mine out of a small zip lock bag.
Serve warm. And enjoy!
