Fried banana rolls

- 1 Flatout original I used multigrain with flax
- Egg whites for brushing bread
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large banana
- 2 Tbsp sugar free caramel sauce I used Smuckers
- *Optional to top with some whip cream cool whip or ice cream
Spray a medium frying pan well with some nonstick cooking spray and let it heat up over medium heat on the stove.
Cut the flatout bread in half, and then cut the banana in half. Roll the banana up in the wrap.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and spread it out on a flat plate.
Brush the banana rolls with egg whites, coating them well.
Roll the banana rolls in the sugar mix, coating all areas. Make sure you use up all of the sugar mix.
Once the pan has heated well, add a little more nonstick cooking spray and then place the rolls in the pan. They only need to cook for a few minutes on each side.
Once all sides are browned, drizzle the rolls with the sugar free caramel topping .
Makes 2 rolls. Enjoy!
