Fried banana rolls

4PP, 4SP blue, green & purple- per roll

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout original I used multigrain with flax
  • Egg whites for brushing bread
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 Tbsp sugar free caramel sauce I used Smuckers
  • *Optional to top with some whip cream cool whip or ice cream

Instructions

  • Spray a medium frying pan well with some nonstick cooking spray and let it heat up over medium heat on the stove.
  • Cut the flatout bread in half, and then cut the banana in half. Roll the banana up in the wrap.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and spread it out on a flat plate.
  • Brush the banana rolls with egg whites, coating them well.
  • Roll the banana rolls in the sugar mix, coating all areas. Make sure you use up all of the sugar mix.
  • Once the pan has heated well, add a little more nonstick cooking spray and then place the rolls in the pan. They only need to cook for a few minutes on each side.
  • Once all sides are browned, drizzle the rolls with the sugar free caramel topping .
  • Makes 2 rolls. Enjoy!
