Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes (I used 3- 6oz raw chicken breast)
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 Tbsp flour
  • 1/3 cup panko crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray it lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cut the chicken into small 1-inch cubes (or however big you want them). The smaller, the more even they cook.
  • Place the egg in a bowl and whisk it until it’s frothy.
  • Spread the flour out onto a flat surface or plate.
  • In a small bowl mix the panko, parmesan, oregano, and garlic together. Spread this mixture out on a separate flat surface or plate.
  • Roll the chicken pieces in the flour, then dip in the egg and finish by rolling them in the panko crumb mixture.
  • Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn over and bake another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
