In a large frying pan cook your ground chicken, add in taco seasoning and a few tablespoons of water.
Preheat oven to 350F, I used a 9 inch skillet but you can use any dish that works.
In a bowl mix together your cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salsa, worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup shredded cheese, stir well and add to your dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh diced peppers, onions, cilantro, you can also add olives, avocado, shredded lettuce or any veggies that you wish
Serve warm with nacho chips, veggie sticks or pita bread.
