Ingredients

  • 800 g. boneless skinless chicken breast, trimmed
  • 1 packet gravy mix 28 g.
  • ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt 125 ml
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth 125 ml
  • ¾ cup sliced pickled peppers 200 g.
  • ½ cup pickled pepper juice 125 ml

Instructions

  • Preheat the slow cooker to low. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, gravy mix, broth, pickled peppers, and pickled pepper juice. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir in the yogurt.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
