Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped 
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp Adobo All Purpose Spice
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Use a large mixing bowl to combine all the meatloaf ingredients before mixing.
  • You can mix it in a few different ways such as manually with your hands, with a potato masher and fork, or if you really don’t like touching the meat, you can use your stand mixer with the cookie dough attachment.
  • Mold the meat into the meatloaf shape.
  • Grab a medium sized sheet of foil and set the molded meatloaf in the center.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before glazing with your favorite BBQ sauce.
