Pumpkin latte overnight oats

- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp plain 0% greek yogurt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup oats
Using a mason jar add all ingredients except the oats and mix well.
Stir in the oats until everything is well blended. Place the lid on the mason jar.
Chill in the fridge overnight. This recipe makes 1 mason jar, simply double the ingredients to make 2.
