No bake cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes I use sweetened
  • 2 T whole flax seeds
  • 2 T chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 T sugar free caramel sauce I used smuckers
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together well, let mixture sit in fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Roll into 20 balls, it will help to have your hands a little wet. Store in sealed container in fridge for up to 1 week (if they last that long!) 3sp or 2pp each
