Peach apple butter

- 2 lbs fresh peaches peeled and cut *approx 7 peaches depending on size
- 2 large apples peeled and cut *I used granny smith but any is fine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup water
Peel and cut both the peaches and apples and place them in a crock pot. Add in the spices, sugar, water, and vanilla and let it cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours. You want both the apples and peaches to be pierced with a fork easily.
Transfer the contents to a blender or use an immersion blender and blend it until smooth, similar to an applesauce texture. If you have a small blender, you may have to do it in two batches.
