Ingredients you need to make Reese’s Banana Bread: 

  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 medium mashed bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white or 2 Tbsp liquid egg whites 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Kraft light peanut butter 
  • 3 snack size peanut butter cups (15g each)

How to make Reese’s Banana Bread (step by step): 

  1.  Preheat the oven to 350F, and spray a regular sized loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the egg, egg white, and brown sugar. Add in your vanilla extract, apple sauce, mashed banana, and peanut butter, and continue beating for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. Chop up the 3 Reese’s peanut butter cups into small pieces and fold them into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Let it cool before cutting. Enjoy!

    Hi! I love your app and am excited to try this loaf. Do you think you could use PB2 instead of light peanut butter? I don’t know if they have it in Canada but PB2 is powdered peanut butter, has A LOT less fat. I am just getting back to WW and your recpies have been SUPER helpful! Keep the yumminess coming =)

    This is very good. I didn’t have a loaf pan so I made it into muffins. I love them warmed up with sugar free maple syrup and whipped cream. Try to only eat one a day, but kind of obsessed. Thank you for another wonderful recipe.
