Different ways to change up this recipe:

  • It doesn’t make a point difference if you use regular pepperoni versus turkey pepperoni, so use what you prefer!
  • Mini pepperonis would be perfect in these wonton crisps.
  • Change up the cheese to fit your preference.
  • Add roasted garlic, freshly chopped basil, and some black olives for a savory option that adds zero points.
  • Use zero point ranch as a dipping sauce!

Tips and Tricks for Making Wonton Pizza Crisps:

  • These don’t freeze well, but you can store them in the fridge for up to 5 days. I suggest popping them in an air fryer or oven to crisp them up before eating them again.

These are seriously so good….my problem of course is that I could eat 10 in a sitting!!! 🙂

    1. Love these!!!! I made them today, but instead of Ziggy Pepperoni.
      I used Pillers Toppings – Turkey Pepperoni (10 slices) 30 Gram – 50 Calories. – 1 point per serving.
I found these @ Food Basics.

I made this today for one of the snacks for my family after church. My daughter and I count Weight Watcher’s Points, so I try to have some items that we can have. They were a big hit! I think my 8 year old grandson ate at least 10 of them!

I had wonton wrappers, so I cut them in fourths. The pepperoni I used was turkey pepperoni, and it still added to just one point a piece. Thanks for sharing this recipe – I’ve bookmarked it to use again in the future!

  3. Delicious and dangerous because they are so good! I did use a little bit of zero point sauce, just a teeny bit and they were still crispy!
