Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites are still a lean source of protein.

Ingredients you need to make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites:

  • 3-6 oz raw, boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

How to make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites (step by step):

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray it lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the chicken into small 1-inch cubes (or however big you want them). The smaller, the more even they cook.
  3. Place the egg in a bowl and whisk it until it’s frothy.
  4. Spread the flour out onto a flat surface or plate.
  5. In a small bowl mix the panko, parmesan, oregano, and garlic together. Spread this mixture out on a separate flat surface or plate.
  6. Roll the chicken pieces in the flour, then dip in the egg and finish by rolling them in the panko crumb mixture.
  7. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn over and bake another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
