  • 1⅓ cup oats
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes (I use sweetened)
  • 2T whole flax seeds
  • 2T chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2T sugar free caramel sauce ( I used smuckers)
  • 1t vanilla extract
  1. Mix all ingredients together well, let mixture sit in fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll into 20 balls, it will help to have your hands a little wet. Store in sealed container in fridge for up to 1 week (if they last that long!) 3sp or 2pp each
