Cinnamon apple crisp croissants

  • 1 pack of reduced fat Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • ½t cinnamon
  • 1T brown sugar
  • 3T oats
  • 2T apple sauce (I use unsweetened)
  1. Preheat oven to 350F, spray a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Mix your diced apples with the cinnamon.
  3. In a separate small bowl mix your brown sugar, oats and apple sauce together. Unroll crescent rolls and add about 1T of apples onto dough and then top with 1t of oat mixture.
  4. Roll up crescent rolls and bake on a sprayed sheet for 10-12 minutes, serve warm. 1 crescent roll is 2pp, or 2 for 5pp.
