Trail mix no bake cookies

- 1⅓ cup oats
- 3T coconut flakes, I used unsweetened
- 2T chopped pecans
- 1T mini chocolate chips
- 1T chopped almonds
- 2T dried blueberries
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Using your hands roll into 20 balls, helps to have your hands a little wet. Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Each cookie is 2pp.
