Trail mix no bake cookies

  • 1⅓ cup oats
  • 3T coconut flakes, I used unsweetened
  • 2T chopped pecans
  • 1T mini chocolate chips
  • 1T chopped almonds
  • 2T dried blueberries
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  1. Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Using your hands roll into 20 balls, helps to have your hands a little wet. Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Each cookie is 2pp.
