Ingredients you need to make Weight Watchers Berry Cheesecake: 

  • 1 Ready Made reduced fat graham cracker crust 
  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping cup fat free Cool Whip
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries

How to make Weight Watchers Berry Cheesecake (step by step): 

  1. Use a food processor and puree the blueberries and strawberries together.
  2. In a bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until the cream cheese is light and fluffy. Add in the Cool Whip and blend till creamy.
  3. Use a spatula and place the cream cheese mixture in the graham pie crust.
  4. Add the pureed fruit to the top (leave 1 tablespoon aside) and mix it into the cream cheese mixture 
  5. Place the remaining 1 tablespoon of pureed fruit on top to finish the swirl effect.
  6. Let the cheesecake sit in the fridge for at least 90 minutes.
  7. Cut the cheesecake into 8 equal servings. Enjoy!

Different ways to change up this recipe: 

  • If you use fat free cream cheese instead of light cream cheese, it reduces the points to 7 per serving instead of 9 Weight Watchers points. 
  • You can decorate the cheesecake (once it’s set) with additional fat free Cool Whip and fresh berries. 
  • Change up the berries or fruit if you prefer. Cherries or blackberries would be nice as well as raspberries. It’s up to you and the fruit you like! 

Tips and Tricks for Making Weight Watchers Berry Cheesecake: 

  • I buy these Ready Made reduced fat graham cracker crusts in the U.S.  You can use a regular one- just check to see if it changes the points. 
  • Store the cheesecake in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. 
  • You can mix the fruit puree in the bowl with the cream cheese mixture before placing it in the pie crust if you prefer. I mixed it in the pie crust as I did not want it to mix too much, which also helped with the color effect.
  • It’s best if this cheesecake sits overnight in the fridge to allow the flavors time to meld together. 
  • Weight Watchers Berry Cheesecake will keep in the fridge for up to seven days. It will also freeze well for up to three months if it’s wrapped properly in saran wrap and a freezer zip loc bag.

  1. I don’t have a food processor – do you think mashing them would have the same affect? Or just chopping them up real small?

  2. I just made this , using Truvia, fat free cream cheese, fat free cool whip and fresh strawberries and blueberries I froze myself last fall. Put it in a bowl and will top it off with crushed graham crackers at a picnic later today…..it tasted amazing!

  3. Made the pie and it was delicious! I had it refrigerated for two hours and it was not as firm as the picture. Can this be put in the freezer?
