If you know anything about me, you might know I am not a fan of eggs.. I wish I liked them but I just can’t seem to acquire a taste. So I try to get creative when it comes to”egg” type dishes, like your basic french toast. This banana french toast is definitely different but so delicious, and only 5 smart points or 5 points plus for 3 slices.

  1. When you say you do not use the recipe builder, what makes you say that? Is there a difference in the math if you don’t? I was trying to figure out how to log something from your site, so I used the recipe builder and it made it more points than what you said. If I don’t use the recipe builder, I don’t know how to figure points. Haha I’m brand new to your site and new to trying new things for eating! Lol Thanks for any help!! Love the recipes!!!!

    1. Hi Nikki.. I don’t use the recipe builder for a few reasons, one being that I do not count my fruit, weather it be in a recipe or not, it is just what works for me.. If you enter a recipe into the builder with fruit it will give it points.. also I live in Canada and shop in the U.S often and I have seen first hand that products vary in points so I figure out points for each ingredient, add it all up then divide by my yield, it to me is the best and safest way, I always trust my labels over the builder 🙂
