It’s Valentines day.. and while I love my husband and daughter dearly.. I also love my sweet treats! When I set out on my weight loss journey back in January 2014 I knew I had to find ways to incorporate desserts and treats into my day, I spent 11 years saying “No” because I thought it was the right thing to do.. but restriction, for me, is not the way to go about it.. So I got creative in the kitchen, and came up with WW friendly sweet treats..learning that just a little of something could go a long way.. and by allowing these sweet treats I did not feel the need to grab all those high point treats I was so accustomed to grabbing at the grocery store… I eat some kind of dessert or sweet treat everyday… and I don’t feel that makes me an unhealthy person, it makes me human, someone with a sweet tooth that learned the right way to cure it 🙂 Here are some of my favorite and most popular sweet treat recipes… so this Valentines, treat yourself to something sweet while staying on track! 🙂
