Strawberry nutella croissant loaf

Looking for an easy dessert? well look no further..this couldn’t be any easier and you only need 3 ingredients..The whole family will want to dig into this treat. Warm strawberries coated in nutella and all wrapped up in pastry…YUM!! 🙂 It’s so easy you can have it on the table for tonight’s dessert..

Ingredients
  • 1 package reduced fat crescent rolls
  • 1.5 Tbsp nutella
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries (If you need more that's ok)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F, spray a cookie sheet.
  2. Lay your crescent rolls out (on your cookie sheet, its too hard to move once you have built it and I learned that the hard way 🙁 ) Lay your rolls so you have 1 big piece, 4 rolls on each side. Pinch together any open seams. Using a pizza cutter cut into your rolls on either side, but leaving the middle uncut.
  3. Place your strawberries in the middle from top to bottom.
  4. Soften your nutella in the microwave for 30 seconds. Put into a small zip lock bag and cut a small hole. Pipe onto your strawberries.
  5. Seal up your bread by bringing the sides in to meet each other, starting at the top and working your way down.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, checking that it does not get too brown, but try to check that the bottom has cooked. Let cool for 5 minutes then cut into 6 servings. Each serving is 6sp or 4pp.
