Because I have a slight s’mores addiction, and I love creating new decadent treats, I whipped up these tasty little treats the other night and they absolutely hit the spot. I immediately had to share it with you all! Dessert Wonton Crisps are crispy, s’more-flavored dessert thins that are only two points per serving. They’re topped with melted marshmallows, sweet chocolate, and buttery graham crackers.

The wonton wrappers are a firm base for all of the toppings, so you get all the wonderful flavors in a bite without the mess that often comes with campfire s’mores. This recipe for dessert wonton crisps makes a great appetizer for a girls’ movie night or even a kid’s sleepover. They’re fun, loaded with flavors, and easy to make since you only need four ingredients. You could add nuts for more texture if you prefer, but these dessert crisps are delicious without nuts. Feel free to make them your own.

Three reasons why you need to make this recipe!

It’s all the s’more flavor without the mess!

I love s’mores, but there is no argument that they can be messy and sticky. With wonton wrappers holding in all the ingredients, you don’t have to worry about marshmallows oozing all over the place.

Dessert Wonton Crisps can be tailored to your liking.

You can substitute for your favorite chocolate, or even use crushed Oreos instead of graham crackers. The flavors are up to you!

The recipe only requires four ingredients, and no major cooking skills!

These are baked in an oven, but the method in making the dessert wonton crisps is easy. You don’t need fancy kitchen skills or an extensive grocery list to get these done.

Ingredients you need to make Dessert Wonton Crisps:

  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff, lightly melted in the microwave
  • 1 square of dark chocolate, melted (I use Lindt 70%, 10g square)
  • ½ tablespoon crushed graham cracker

How to make Dessert Wonton Crisps (step by step):

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F, and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lay the wonton wrappers on the baking sheet and spray the wrappers with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake the wontons in the oven for 6-8 minutes, checking often because you want them a light golden color. I always turn my baking sheet around halfway through the baking time to prevent the back wontons from burning.
  4. When there is a minute left on oven time, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 35-second intervals, stirring between each set of intervals. Then melt the fluff. It will only take about 25 seconds to make it rise and make for easier spreading.
  5. Spread the fluff onto the wontons as soon as they come out of the oven.
  6. Sprinkle the graham crumbs onto the marshmallow fluff and then drizzle on the chocolate. Let them cool then enjoy!

Tips and Tricks for Making Dessert Wonton Crisps:

  • Wonton wrappers, as well as egg roll wrappers, can usually be found in the produce section at your local grocery store.
  • Feel free to make more and just up the ingredients.
  • These will keep up to 4 days but may need to be “crisped up” in an air fryer if you store them in the fridge.
  • Dessert Wonton Crisps do not freeze well, so plan to devour them within a week.
  • The marshmallow fluff hardens quickly, so don’t melt it until you have the wonton crisps ready to be topped.

  1. Can these be refridgerated/frozen once they’re made? I love having delicious low point snacks like this on hand 🙂

    1. No I don’t think they would freeze, the wonton wraps are best right out of the oven to give them that crispy taste 🙂

  2. Thank you for this recipe! I’m in love with all things s’mores and just started WW. Thank you thank you thank you!

    1. The wonton wrappers are I think a point per 2, and the fluff and drizzle is so little that they add up to just 1 point each, you may be thinking egg roll wrappers, those are 2 points each
