Ingredients you need to make Monte Cristo Flatout Sandwich: 

  • 2 Everything Flatout fold It breads
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white or 2 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 4 oz deli ham
  • 4 tablespoons shredded asiago cheese

How to make Monte Cristo Flatout Sandwich (step by step): 

  1. In a bowl (big enough to dip your folded flat out), whisk together the egg, egg white, milk, salt, pepper, and pinch of paprika.
  2. Spray a medium size frying pan with some nonstick spray and heat on the stove top over medium.
  3. Lay out the fold it breads and spread ½ tablespoon of the ranch dressing over each fold it.
  4. Place 2 oz of deli ham on each and top with 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Fold the sandwich over and dip it thoroughly in the egg mixture.
  5. Cook the sandwiches in the hot pan, flipping over after 5 minutes. Be sure to get around the edges as well.
  6. Serve immediately. It’s best hot. Enjoy!
